Jackson Griner began his legal career at a regional defense firm representing individuals and small businesses in a wide variety of disputes stemming from motor vehicle accidents, commercial and non-commercial, as well as other general liability matters. Over four years, he developed extensive negotiation and trial experience and a deep understanding of civil litigation from initial claim through resolution. He then transitioned to representing some of the world's largest insurance companies in property and construction insurance coverage and business litigation disputes, where he gained valuable insight into the complexities of insurance law and commercial litigation.
After five years of practice, Jackson joined Story Law because he wanted to return to his roots by helping individuals and small businesses in his community. At Story Law, Jackson provides comprehensive legal services across multiple practice areas including personal injury, business litigation, insurance disputes, and general civil litigation. Whether representing individuals or businesses facing commercial disputes, Jackson brings the same dedication and experience to every client. Jackson grew up in Athens, Georgia and attended the University of Georgia, where he earned his undergraduate degree in Political Science in 2017. He attended Mercer University School of Law, earning his Juris Doctorate in 2020. Jackson is admitted to the Georgia State Bar. Since law school, Jackson and his wife Abby have settled in Atlanta where they attend the Catholic Church of Saint Anne in East Cobb. They spend much of their time exploring the city of Atlanta, hiking and camping throughout the Southeast, and cheering on the Georgia Bulldogs. Jackson and Abby also enjoy traveling abroad and attending Atlanta Braves games. When not practicing law or exploring new places in the community, Jackson can usually be found outdoors along with his wife their Goldendoodle, Maverick.
